Responsibilities
UX Design:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Develop interaction models, personas, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliverables
Development:
- Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop responsive and accessible web pages and interfaces.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize user interfaces for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of total experience.
- Proven experience as a UX Designing with Development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and the ability to create engaging user experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong front-end development skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
- Understanding of UX research methodologies and the ability to apply them to the design process.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Work Location:
Bangalore/Noida (Hybrid). The candidate will have the flexibility to work hybrid with travel to an office location or to a client location, when required.
