She has held roles both as a P&L leader, and Individual contributor and has led teams across product management, post-merger integration, M&As, and program execution.
An IIM-A alumna, Megha was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group where she led teams across many functions and industries. Post BCG, she spent four years at the Qantas Group, in Australia and Singapore where she worked in corporate strategy, M&A, and digital product management. She was head of strategy at the CK Birla Group in Delhi, during which time she led the long-term strategy, M&A and post-merger integration for Birlasoft.
