Account Manager-Insurance Domain Experience

Job Summary:

Navikenz is seeking a results-driven Account Manager / Business Development Manager with
strong expertise in IT services sales for Insurance domains. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client
acquisition, RFI/RFP responses, MSA & SOW negotiations, and long-term account growth. This
role requires a strategic hunter mindset combined with strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
• Drive new business acquisition for IT services across Insurance in the US market
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for custom software development, digital
transformation, cloud, data, AI, and QA services
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
Pre-Sales & Deal Management
• Lead and manage RFI, RFP, RFQ responses in collaboration with technical and delivery
teams
• Own proposal creation, pricing, commercial discussions, and bid submissions
• Negotiate and finalize MSA, SOW, NDAs, and commercial contracts
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and delivery stakeholders to ensure deal compliance
Account Management
• Develop and maintain strong CXO-level and stakeholder relationships
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term account growth and client
satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Lead Generation & Market Outreach
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Lusha, Sales Navigator, email campaigns,
cold outreach, and partner channels
• Leverage industry networks, events, and referrals to expand client reach
• Maintain accurate sales data and forecasting in CRM tools
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in IT services sales / business development
• Proven experience selling IT services or consulting solutions to Insurance and
Healthcare clients
• Strong hands-on experience with RFI, RFP, MSA, SOW, and contract negotiations
• Expertise in lead generation tools and channels (LinkedIn, Lusha, Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of US IT services market and buying cycles

Good-to-Have Skills
• Existing client network in Insurance 
• Experience working with US-based clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Understanding of delivery models (Onsite, Offshore, Hybrid)
