Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong Data and Big Data skills with experience working on Data projects.¯
- Strong data warehousing skills is mandatory.¯
- Strong experience in designing, developing Data solutions both on premise and on cloud.
- Must have designed and delivered at least 5 medium Data projects or 2 large Data projects in the last 3 years, one of them has to be on the cloud – AWS using the AWS Data stack.
- Possesses and demonstrates excellent understanding of AWS data services including not restricted to RDS, Redshift, Glue etc.
- Designing, solution and developing projects using traditional ETL tools like Informatica, Talend Nifi etc.
- Big Data tool stack using Spark, Hive, Kafka, Nifi and its likes required.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experiences:
- 10+ years of total experience
- Must have working experience of 6 + years on designing and developing Big Data oriented solutions.
- Worked on 1 of the Cloud DWH such as Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift etc.
- Must demonstrate strong consultative skills, be an excellent communicator and be ready to be hands on with solution.
- Must be a team player and must have handled at least a team of 2-3 Jr Architects
- Very Technically inclined and must be in touch with the technical and industry trends on AWS and other cloud as well.
- Sound understanding of Data Governance preferred along with a good understand of MDM (Master Data Management)
