Roles & Responsibilities:

Extensive experience in Data Modelling (Relational Data Modelling, Dimensional Data Modelling, and Data Vault Data Modelling)

  • Develop MDM Reference Data Models & Governance Frameworks:
  • Create canonical data models (ERDs, attribute dictionaries) aligned with party-role-relationship patterns. Establish data stewardship policies, SLAs, and accountability frameworks.

Lead Data Quality Profiling & Assessment Initiatives:

  • Execute data quality assessments using IDMC’s DQ module to identify gaps in completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Translate findings into remediation roadmaps and establish baseline quality KPIs.
  • Experienced in developing conceptual data model, logical data model, and physical data models.
  • Experienced in developing conceptual data model, logical data model, and physical data models.
  • Has experience in creating data models from end to end. (New Data Model to Database, Database to Data Model, SQL Scripts).
  • Involved in Forward Engineering, Reverse Engineering Techniques.Created Several Fact Tables (Aggregate, Transaction, Snapshot) and Dimensions (Degenerate Dimensions, SCD 2).
  • Partnered with development teams to design and implement robust database models.
  • Developed Source to Target Mapping (STTM) from source systems through to data consumption layers.
  • Performed data profiling to assess source data, uncover business processes, and distinguish relevant and irrelevant data elements.
  • Translated business requirements into technical specifications by outlining Data Vault architecture for a POC Project.
  • Proficient with tools such as Erwin, ER Studio, MySQL Workbench, and Oracle SQL Data Modeler.Has worked on Oracle, SQL Server, GCP, AWS, Snow Flake, and Azure from Data Modelling Perspective.
  • Experience Big-Data using Apache Hadoop Commands and Hive.
  • Experience in handling and managing traditional RDBMS projects.
  • Performed and handled data migration involving RDBMSs (SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access) via ETL tools i.e. SSIS packages and SQL Server DTS jobs.
  • Handled CM build and deployment of changes to QA, UAT, and Production environments.
