Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business and system requirements, and define optimal data warehouse and data pipeline design for fulfilling them

Qualifications/Experience

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science with at least 6 years of professional experience working on data sets and building data pipelines, and familiar with the following software /tools/techniques:

• 2+ Year Hands on experience on Snowflake
• 3+ Years Hands on experience of Python Programming
• Knowledge of SQL, Unix & advanced Unix Shell Scripting
• Experience in GIT, Jenkins, SVN, Build Tools like Ant, Maven etc.
• Hands on file transfer mechanism (NDM, sFTP etc)
• Knowledge of Schedulers (TWS, Control-M)
• Exposure to Data modeling in Snowflake or any other DW with tools like ERWIN
• Prior experience on cloud migration projects, especially Teradata to snowflake migration
• Working experience of Snowflake on Azure
• Hands-on Experience or working knowledge of Spark/Databricks
• Working knowledge of Kafka, Ni-fi
• Experience of working on Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) Data Warehousing Environment

About the Role

As a Principal, you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client stakeholders daily. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management efforts to provide value-adding consulting services. You will anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts.

Responsibilities include:

Project Execution

• Leading & driving business pitches and present, creative concepts and new and innovative ideas
• Work with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies for digital and data-led transformations
• Translate client requirements into actionable project initiatives with associated metrics
• Translate domain-specific best practices, and personal experience to impactful recommendations
• Support client organizations throughout all phases of the project beyond the recommendation, including hand-holding implementation, and dealing with business change-management
• Ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels for the client team

Sales / Business Development

• Support Navikenz leadership team members in driving proposal development

To be successful in this role, you must have

• At least 8+ years of top-tier consulting experience in BFSI/Lifesciences/Telecom
• Consulting/advisory experience post-MBA (Tier- I B-schools) with Technology consulting practices like Big4s/Accenture Strategy/Infosys consulting/MBB etc.
• Experience in managing transformation programs in the areas of AI-led technology
• Experience in driving large scale transformation Management/program management/change management in at least 3 of the following areas –
• Business Strategy formulation: Business case preparation, Go to Market, cost optimization, cost to serve modeling and improvement, Business IT/Digital strategy & roadmap
• Process reimagination & process optimization, including process mining tools
• Experience in implementing various technology platforms, either from a Business Integrator, Systems Integrator or Client role
• Experience in applying or implementing next-generation supply chain technologies such as AI, cognitive automation, Internet-of-Things (IoT), Blockchain, big data analytics
• Experience in conducting Design thinking led innovation workshops

Location / Contract models Navikenz is a virtual-first location agnostic company; We have established offices in Noida and Bangalore; However, many of our consultants work in flexible hybrid models which involve periodic travel to base offices or client locations. Our preference is for a full-time resource who can anchor the team. We will be willing to discuss hybrid / part-time / flexi-working arrangements that are mutually beneficial.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Steer the development of sales pitch documents, and case studies based on evolving client conversations, under the guidance of senior sales leaders
• Undertake primary and secondary research to support the preparation of proposal documents, and pitch presentations

Work with Navikenz’ clients through all the stages of a project lifecycle including requirements capture, solution definition, system design, technical project management, development/implementation to production deployment/rollout

• Work closely with the consulting teams to help define solutions to the initiatives being pursued
• Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation

Qualifications/Experience

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with at least 7 years of professional experience developing software across technology stacks – front-end to services to data:

• Backend feature, microservices and API development experience using Java or NodeJS
• Database knowledge to store and query data from either SQL or NoSQL databases
• Front end development experience with React or Angular along with HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience with cloud platform – Azure, AWS or GCP
• Experience designing SPAs that interact with REST API endpoints, converting mocks into high quality HTML/CSS
• Experience with design patterns, security, performance and usability for both front end and backend
• Experience with CI/CD and automated unit testing
• Experience building large scale, high-available applications
